Orders & Payment

Processing time does not include delivery time.
Working days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Zeva Collection LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed only if applicable under our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Exchange requests may be subject to product condition requirements.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Earrings Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

No Warranty
Zeva Collection LLC does not provide warranty coverage for:
Fading of gold plating
Discoloration
Tarnishing
Damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or improper storage
Gold-plated jewelry requires proper care. Natural wear over time is not considered a defect.
If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
